Foundations Of Offset & Direct Heat Barbecue Class

In person barbecue class covering the frameworks of Offset & Direct Heat wood-fired barbecue. Students will learn and do:

-Basic butchery & seasoning

-Running Offset & Direct Heat barbecue pits

-Barbecue principles to duplicate on their own equipment at home
